This book is about a window cleaning company operated by a Giraffe, a Pelican and a Monkey from a shop called the Grubber (former sweet shop). When they are given an assignment to clean the Duke of Hampshire's windows from his country estate little do they know what adventures they will by: 2. It's full of all the Dahlian humour and whimsy and nonsense, but like always it has a nice serious edge to it/5. The last line invites young readers to imagine the wonders that lie within all books. This fun, fast-paced story is a fabulous choice, containing many valuable lessons.
